But you are... You probably think this is just a bit of reverse psychology. It's not. Just plain good advice (mixed with the selfish desire to be outside myself). But since we're both here now, I guess I'll give you a brief update. (It's going to be brief though.)

What's done is done.

Over the past few months we've been doing stuff:

We held a conference on meditation called "Inside Out." (Check out the write-up.)
We hosted our annual Community Benefit, this time experimenting with a "Needs/Gifts Board." (Again, check out the write-up.)
We co-sponsored a conference with the Social Science Section called "Redeeming the Realm of Rights." (No write-up... Sorry. Perhaps next time.)

What's to come...?

The fall looks like a number of smaller workshops, a Credere Benefit/Concert, and perhaps a larger conference connected to Ecology in November... but these still need to be firmed up (the Core Group will be meeting for it's annual retreat in August so the next eNews will give a more complete picture). In the meantime, I'd heartily recommend attending Free Columbia's summer conference "Image Arts from the Perspective of Spiritual Reality." Everything they touch is magic (just like Harry Potter) so you shan't be disappointed.

And a few short articles from a threefold perspective!

A blog post by Nathaniel Williams called "Anti-Culture, Cultural Programs, or Cultural Autonomy" ...basically, it's about culture, and it's pretty damn good.
A blog post by Sarah Hearn on how "Marriage Equality in New York State" is a hopeful sign that the legislature's starting to wake up to the difference between cultural freedom and civil rights.
And a post from John Bloom (on RSF's Reimagine Money blog) entitled "From Co-creation to Association: A Social Challenge for the New Economy."
